NoWrongPath – Kirstin’s Story
After finishing school, Kirstin headed to the USA to study psychology at university. When she returned to Scotland, like many graduates, she wasn’t quite sure what direction to take, so she worked a few part-time jobs while figuring it out.
What became clear was her passion for the outdoors.
Last June, Kirstin joined Jahama Highland Estates as a trainee stalker on Glenshero Estate. Since then, she’s thrown herself into a wide range of estate work from lambing sheep and butchering venison for our Fort William shop, and ghillieing during the stag and hind stalking seasons.
An excellent example of how careers can grow in unexpected places and how finding the right fit sometimes takes a little exploring.
