With over 200 staff, we provide expertise across aluminium manufacturing, hydropower, including land management projects through our sister company JAHAMA Highland Estates.

With nearly 100 years of experience in offering successful apprenticeship programmes, where over 20 per cent of our team have started started their career through an apprenticeship and have reached their full potential, including senior management level. Participants on our programme tell us the hands-on nature of this approach puts their interpersonal, professional, and technical skills in the fast lane for growth. Unlike other education paths that often burden individuals with debts, our apprenticeship programmes offers the chance to be independent and debt-free, allowing you to focus solely on your growth and development.

About these opportunities
Real Work, Excellent Salary & Benefits with Real Outcomes on our Modern Apprenticeship Programme. Our applications are now open.
To apply for our four-year programme + six months to apply your trade, you will find yourself working on-site and alongside leading professionals in their field. With a structured professional development programme, you will participate in exciting projects and continue building your experience on our daily operations ‘ins and outs’ as well as getting the opportunity to attend either college or university, offering a hybrid approach to learning, which may include online studying, subject to course requirements. All associated learning costs, travel and accommodation are paid for.
On-Site & College
Based on-site in Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK, with hybrid learning through UHI Inverness.

Modern Apprenticeship Programme Eligibility
To be eligible for the Modern Apprenticeship Programme, you must have:
- Minimum of three National 5s (Maths, English, plus one other subject)
The below benefits package is available for all staff including apprentices.
